Makuza Shopping Center is a 40 000 m² mixed use building located in the heart of the business center of Kigali. It comprises two underground parking levels that accommodate space for 170 cars, retail, office space, and apartments to serve the growing business community in the area. The complex is composed of three main blocks, 12 stories each properly designed to suite business and administrative markets. To accommodate local businesses, a provision for services was made meeting the need for restaurants and, Bars. The façade is fully covered with allucobondaluminum clad to create continuity with the immediate neighboring building.
