GMK- INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS LTD. Was formed in 2005 in the United States of America (USA), then moved its offices in Kigali to get involved in the rebuilding of Africa and Rwanda in particular. The firm operates as a full design firm with headquarters in Kigali since June 2006. GMK operates in Rwanda, Burundi, Congo, and Mali in collaboration with different partners in architectural and engineering fields. According to the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA), GMK Architecture Ltd is categorized under Category A in buildings, Category D in roads and bridges and Category D in dams. The company has 32 full time professionals, including five Senior Architects, one Architect Planner, two Assistant Architects, two Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, one Senior Structural Engineer, one Senior Highway Engineer, three Senior Civil Engineers, three Junior Civil Engineers, four Technicians and one Technologist, all assisted by a dynamic Administrative Staff. Our people are spirited and intuitive professionals who are passionate about all aspects of architecture, from design inception to project implementation. Collectively, our mission has been to consistently create the nest places for people to live, work and play.
